Services
Chimney Cleaning
Annual chimney cleaning removes soot, creosote, and debris buildup to prevent fire hazards and ensure proper ventilation. Our CSIA-certified technicians use specialized tools to clean flues, smoke chambers, and fireboxes, improving efficiency and safety. Regular maintenance extends system lifespan while reducing carbon monoxide risks for Maryland homeowners.
Chimney Inspection
Our three-level chimney inspections identify structural damage, blockages, and safety issues using advanced camera technology. Level 1 checks basic functionality, while Level 2 includes video documentation for real estate transactions. Annual inspections help prevent costly repairs and maintain insurance compliance for wood-burning and gas systems.
Masonry Repair
We repair deteriorated chimney masonry through tuckpointing, crown rebuilding, and water damage restoration. Our technicians replace damaged bricks and apply waterproof sealants to prevent moisture intrusion. These repairs restore structural integrity while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of traditional brick chimneys in Montgomery County homes.
Gas Fireplace Service
Professional gas fireplace servicing includes burner cleaning, pilot light adjustment, and venting system checks. We test for gas leaks and carbon monoxide emissions while optimizing combustion efficiency. Regular maintenance ensures reliable operation and safety for homeowners using gas inserts or prefabricated fireplace systems.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Our dryer vent cleaning removes lint buildup from residential and commercial laundry systems. Using industrial-grade vacuums and rotary brushes, we clear ductwork to reduce fire hazards and improve appliance efficiency. This service extends dryer lifespan while lowering energy costs for Maryland property owners.
