Larkin Painting Contractors

The design firm, MAK & CO., hired us to work on a project that featured wallcoverings. From time to time we need additional craftspeople to help with projects. We hire only expert subcontractors that have the same values, commitment to our clients, and quality work history that we do. Our client, Mike, is the proud owner of a historical home in Framingham. His house was once owned by one of Framingham's most prominent citizens, Jonathan Maynard. Born in 1752, Maynard graduated from Harvard and in 1775 immediately joined the fight for America's independence from Britain.

We recently built and stained wood vents for a gorgeous commercial building located on the Boston waterfront. The vents were destined for the lobby of the building. We have had the privilege to have served (painting and installing wallcovering) this office building for many years. Challenging workspace We recently painted a beautiful, wooden railing and baluster system. Even though we were using the same product for the railing that floor contractors used for the floor, we ran into a challenge. The floor and the railing were constructed of two different types of wood.

Flowers are blooming and the weather has finally started to warm up. It is beautiful outside. As the state reopens, we continue to work cautiously and carefully as we help our clients improve their lives, homes, and the spaces that are important to them. At Larkin Painting, it is a part of our mission to create a community. One of our long-time community members is selling her Wellesley house that was her home for many years. She needed to make a few changes to prepare her home for the market; namely she needed us to repaint her living room.
