Our custom irrigation installation creates precision-engineered systems tailored to your propertys unique landscape. Using calibrated zones and advanced components, we design water-efficient solutions that reduce consumption while maintaining vibrant lawns. Serving Orlando residential and commercial properties since 1987, our installations include proper backflow prevention and comply with all local code requirements.
Sprinkler Repairs
We diagnose and repair sprinkler system issues including broken heads, pipe leaks, and controller malfunctions. Our technicians replace components with water-star rated equipment and retrofit existing systems for improved efficiency. Emergency repairs prioritize restoring system functionality to protect your landscape investment while minimizing water waste.
Water Saving Products
Our water conservation solutions include smart controllers, moisture sensors, and drip irrigation systems that reduce utility bills by 30-50%. These technologies automatically adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions and soil moisture levels. Installation of ET systems and rain sensors ensures compliance with Florida Statute 373.62 requirements.
System Maintenance
Our quarterly maintenance plans include system flushing, controller adjustments, and spray pattern optimization to maintain peak performance. Contract holders receive preferential scheduling, 10% repair discounts, and one free head replacement per year. Regular maintenance ensures compliance with Orlando County watering restrictions and extends system lifespan.
Backflow Preventor
We install ASSE-certified backflow prevention assemblies that protect drinking water supplies from irrigation system contamination. These devices comply with 1994 Standard Plumbing Code 606.1 and local ordinances requiring 12-inch minimum spacing from building foundations.
