Services
Property Maintenance
Weekly lawn maintenance includes mowing, trimming, and mulch bed upkeep for residential properties. For commercial clients, we service townhome associations, condo associations, and business parks with reliable weekly schedules. Our consistent approach allows property owners to plan events around beautifully maintained outdoor spaces while ensuring long-term property value preservation.
Landscape Design
Custom landscape designs transform properties through strategic plant placement, functional layout planning, and aesthetic enhancement. Our experts assess site conditions including sunlight exposure and drainage patterns to create tailored outdoor spaces that meet practical needs while achieving visual appeal for both residential and commercial properties.
Hardscapes
Hardscape installations create durable outdoor living spaces through brick paver patios, fire pits, retaining walls, and decorative edging. These permanent structures enhance property functionality and aesthetics while requiring minimal ongoing maintenance compared to traditional landscaping elements. Our team ensures proper installation for lasting structural integrity.
Drainage Solutions
Comprehensive drainage systems including French drains, swales, and underground drain tiles resolve water accumulation issues. We address improper grading and create customized solutions to protect properties from water damage while maintaining landscape aesthetics. Our methods ensure proper water redirection without disrupting outdoor space usability.
Lawn Restoration
Professional lawn restoration services rejuvenate damaged turf through comprehensive processes involving soil preparation, seeding, and erosion control. We offer both partial renovation for specific problem areas and complete lawn replacement using adaptive grass varieties. Our methods establish strong root systems for long-lasting, healthy lawns that maintain their appearance through seasonal changes.

We love what Tomasello's has done in our yard this year! We just moved to a new house where everything was overgrown and overwhelming. They made it.
