Austin is certified by the National Concrete Masonry Association as a Certified Segmental Retaining Wall Installer. He is also a Techniseal Certified Applicator. Techniseal provides polymeric sand and cleaners and sealers for paver patios.
Beyond horrible customer service. Can't keep a schedule and when we finally got upset about it, they asked for payment. About an hour after we said we would not pay UNTIL we could see work done, they cancelled again. We paid over $130 to have our yard bagged and cut short ( as Austin's requested) THEN they texted from our front yard and postponed and then blamed the rain for postponing again. First time they postponed they said it would be better to have done the day after the heavy rain. TOTALLY Unprofessional. I would not recommend.
