The early beginning of Soil-Tek included two employees and a mulch/compost blower truck in 2002. Since then, the company has grown into a larger, more efficient organization that specializes in large-scale seeding, erosion and sediment control, tree and shrub planting, landscaping, and SWPPP services. We also work on smaller projects for individual developers and homebuilders. The Soil-Tek team serves clients from offices in Grimes and Swisher, Iowa. Soil-Tek also manufactures E-tube Filter Sock fabric that is internationally recognized and used as a key component for making palletized filter sock for the sediment control industry.
