Roof coating is a series of several steps. The first thing we do is power wash and clean the surface with a cleaning agent designed to clean roofs. We remove all loose granules, dirt and debris to throughly clean the entire roof surface. After the roof is completely dry, the patching process starts. FACTS: After applying the roof coating system, roof surface temperatures will decrease over 50 degrees. Aluminum roof coatings do not reflect heat and oxidize quickly. Plastic cement cracks and is a shor term fix.
