Gardenscape Professionals Assn

We are the Genesee Finger Lakes Nursery and Landscape Association doing business as PLANT GFLX which stands for Professional Landscape Association Nursery Trades-a group of landscape and nursery experts dedicated to enhancing the beauty of the Rochester region. Our yards, landscapes and gardens benefit from the skilled design, construction and maintenance firms in our association. We are Region 5 of the New York State Nursery and Landscape Association comprising a seven county area in the Genesee and Finger Lakes Region.

In addition to our landscape services and the annual GardenScape show, our professionals contribute to their communities through ongoing efforts, including scholarships. With the work of our members, the Association has created a number of plantings in otherwise bare areas such as the swing bridge entrance to Irondequoit Bay. We assist in landscaping houses built by the Habitat for Humanity program. To mark the annual Arbor Day celebration in April, Association members provide and plant trees at public ceremonies in our communities.
