Services
Lawn Mowing
Grass Monkey provides comprehensive lawn mowing services for residential and commercial properties. Our professional team performs line trimming, edging, and thorough debris removal using powerful blowers. We maintain optimal cutting heights between 3.25-4 inches to promote healthy grass growth while offering customized adjustments based on client preferences. Our attention to detail ensures clean edges along foundations, fence lines, and landscaping features.
Mulch Installation
Our mulch installation service transforms landscapes with precise bed preparation and professional application. We remove weeds, prune hedges, and redefine bed edges before installing 2-3 inches of premium mulch. The process enhances soil health while creating clean, defined lines throughout your property. Thorough cleanup follows every installation to ensure immaculate results that protect plant health and improve visual appeal.
Snow Removal
Grass Monkey offers proactive snow and ice management for small to mid-sized commercial properties. Our team monitors weather conditions and automatically initiates service when 1-2 inches of snow accumulates. We use calcium on sidewalks and prioritize main thoroughfares during business hours. Services include plowing, salting, and clearing high-traffic areas with professionally maintained equipment to ensure safe, accessible properties throughout winter.
Landscape Maintenance
Our landscape maintenance plans include regularly scheduled visits for shrub trimming, weed control, and debris removal. Three package options (Basic, Club, Estate) allow customized frequency based on property needs. Services maintain healthy plant growth while preserving aesthetic appeal through consistent care of beds, plants, and hardscapes throughout the growing season.
Landscape Design
Grass Monkey creates customized landscape designs tailored to each property's unique requirements. Our designer consults with clients to develop detailed plans incorporating functional elements and aesthetic preferences. We handle complete installation using premium materials, focusing on proper plant placement and long-term sustainability. The service includes professional design consultation and expert implementation for both new installations and property upgrades.
