Before Jane founded the company, she was absolutely appalled to hear this over and over again, and see so much work left undone. Apparently it's nearly impossible to find an excellent Housekeeper, nonetheless a good one. That's why her clients referred to her as a Unicorn. That's how Immaculate Unicorn - Home Assistant Services was born. As a former General Manager of a fitness facility in North Texas, Jane gained insight about how Corporate, and large-team cleaning companies hire employees to fill a position, who are doing a job they may or may not be passionate about, often paid less than they deserve, with a boss they may or may not like, and with a questionable amount of oversight -- which often results in the workers being more likely to be unreliable, do a sub par job, or steal, etc. Communication breakdown between Clients and Housekeepers are also a common problem.
