McFall and Berry is a family business, who treats our team and yours, like family. We take pride in the diversity of our workforce. Our management team consists of second-generation women and men who are our future leaders. Every community is unique, which is why we tailor our landscape services to meet the needs of your property managers and residents. For decades, we've delivered outstanding service to our clients because of our outstanding employees.
Mark McFall and Bob Berry founded McFall and Berry over 35 years ago, built on a vision to provide sound horticultural practices and outstanding landscaping services to the region. Today, the company has grown into one of the largest landscape companies in the region with 350 employees serving more than 400 of the area's most prestigious communities. With our growth, we're still able to maintain a family-oriented culture with both our customers and staff. We have a team of the best trained employees in the landscape business, including licensed arborists and horticulturists - many of whom have been with us for 20 years.
Mike has been in the landscape management industry for over 35 years. He has spent the last 25 years at McFall and Berry. Starting as director of operations, he was promoted to vice president and then president of Maryland operations in 2008. Mike is now our COO. His duties include organizational management, effectiveness and leadership development, overseeing and implementing policies and procedures, employee development and training as well as customer service and quality control. John McFall has been working in the landscape industry for over 30 years.
