Status Update: All repairs have been made and everything is running smoothly. The boil order has been lifted.
Tech's are still working on getting things restored. FM 1670 has been restored and Lago Vista has been restored. They are working on FM 2410 now. Our guys are doing their best, we ask that you please have patience as they are trying to work on things and manage phone calls at the same time.
Update: We have water service. ALL customers continue to remain under a boil order until further notice. We do have damages to our pump station on FM 1670. We currently are serving the FM 1670 customers on our pump station bypass, so you may experience low pressure. We ask that customers who currently are still without water to please check everything on your side of the meter to assure that you do not still have frozen pipes or leaks prior to calling.
