Bought a "Gift Certificate" at a funeral fund raiser. Took over a year to finally get them out here. Certificate states "All materials supplied". Not only did i buy all the materials but i told Chris (owner) i didnt expect all of that since its a donation towards burial funds. They started scraping for few hours and left when i went to get paint. Wouldn't respond and when finally did, text said he was finished. I bought food, drinks, even had 3 ppl come to help and they never came back or responded. I still have my voucher so ill be taking legal action but for any future customers id wait till they are finished to pay, being they just packed & left VERY fast. Again, this was to fund a good mans burial. How low can you go? And is trying to push it on an employee or former employee. Told me to get ahold of employee, when i dont personally know any of them. Very bad business, Very bad communicating, and being i made this as easy as possible and still got ripped off. Id recommend looking elsewhere. Thanks for a few hours of scraping on one section, smh. And its a tax write off at that. I even wouldve paid cash out my pocket to finish the one little section they partially scraped. Tried several times to contact but no response so i paid for nothing, and instead of talking to me.packed up, left, and wouldnt respond to calls or texts. Better painting businesses out there, id try someone else after this experience. Or document everything like i did.
