When preparing your home for painting we make sure it is clean and free from chalk, mildew and any substance that would prevent the paint from adhering. We pressure clean all surfaces that are to be painted and scrape to remove loose paint and lightly sand rough areas. Voids are filled and patch, rotten wood replaced or repaired. The masonry sealed with 100% acrylic sealer to promote bonding and prevent chalking. Two applications of top quality premium paint with a life time warranty.
