We are a full service general contracting company that has been servicing St. Louis and surrounding areas since 1950. Virgil Logan, a United States Veteran returned from service and started this company over 60 years ago with a vision of building a company that offered a quality finish product and affordable pricing. The company started as a painting & drywall company in Jefferson County, Mo. In 1980 Timothy Logan Sr took control of the business. In 1987 the company opened a Home Building & Remodeling division.
