Healthy Home Mold Services, Inc. is a certified and fully insured mold inspection, testing, and remediation firm. We use advanced testing and inspection methods to determine whether you have a mold problem, the cause of the moisture and mold conditions and the extent of contamination. Our unique two-step mold removal system removes mold and mold staining, and eliminates excess mold spores in your air. Don't throw away your possessions or tear out drywall until you consult with us. You'll be amazed at what our system can do.

Since 1998 our system has provided a completed mold removal system using unique, non-toxic and biodegradable products created specifically for the removal of mold spores. In addition, our engineers have developed groundbreaking methods and equipment to ensure the best possible restoration of treated areas. Our system reduces labor, saving you money. Most people don't realize they have attic mold until they put their house up for sale. A potential buyer hires a home inspector, the home inspector goes in your attic, and he flags a 'mold-like substance' or a 'dark stained area' in the attic.

If you think you may have a mold problem, the first step is to have a mold inspection performed by a Certified Mold Inspector. During the inspection, your inspector will do a complete visual inspection of your property to identify areas of mold or moisture. Photos are taken of the areas of concern, along with mold testing as needed. Mold testing is used to help determine the existence and extent of a mold problem. Surface samples can be taken to determine if a substance is mold, and what type of mold it is.

Your Certified Mold Inspector will discuss how mold testing can help you understand your mold situation. Without testing, it can be difficult to determine the extent of cleanup necessary. For example, if your basement has a mold problem, does that automatically mean that you need mold remediation on your main floor as well? If you have surface mold removed or drywall replaced, are there excess mold spores that need to be remediated as well? Some contractors will propose too little work, like replacing drywall only, or too much work, like selling you a whole home mold cleaning project.
