Susan Eichhhorn started helping our fire restoration team 2000. During this time she was still employed by the Blue Springs School district. She officially began her full time career with SERVPRO in 2007. Susan plays a number of roles within our franchise from marketing to back end office tasks. She is married with two daughters and enjoys vacations, worship singing, movies and walks in the woods. Previously Michele work as a human resource clerk for Lafayette County before coming to SERVPRO. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, shopping and concerts.
