I could not be happier with the service that Warren County ServPro provided for us. We had a flooded basement due to a leak in an expansion tank. From the minute we were contacted to the minute they finished the cleanup, we were treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism. They removed carpet, Sheetrock, and moldings, and disposed of it all. They dried out our basement and left us ready to repair the damage.
I dealt mostly with their field technician, Adam. Adam went above and beyond to help us get everything cleaned and dried up. He even came out on a Sunday (Mother’s Day) to review what needed to be done. Twenty minutes after he left, the leak—which had temporarily sealed itself—started spraying water everywhere. I was alone and trying to stop things from flooding further. I called Adam in desperation for help. He turned around and rushed back to assist me.
In this day and age, who does that? He could have let the call go to voicemail or kept driving home, but he didn’t. I couldn’t be more appreciative of what he did. He then led his team in cleaning up our mess a few days later.
