Concrete Raising and Leveling Company was one of the first local leveling company to operate in the greater Lansing area. It was founded in 1996 by Mike Craft who, along with his sons Josh and Jeremiah. We provide concrete raising, concrete leveling and polyurethane foam injection services that include sunken concrete repair, driveway repair, cement repair, sidewalk repair, cement patio repair, garage floor repair, cement porch repair, concrete cracks repair, epoxy floor painting, and concrete maintenance.

This week, Concrete Raising and Leveling Company spent the day in the Charlotte area, providing much needed concrete services by repairing existing concrete vs. total tear out and replacement. This past week, Concrete Raising and Leveling completed several concrete repair projects in the St. Johns area. Two of these projects were residential in nature where we raised three driveway pads t o prevent further settling and cracking and additionally lifted a sidewalk pad to eliminate a trip hazard at the front porch. The third project was a commercial job where we lifted three sidewalk pads at the employee sidewalk entrance. We were able to repair the sidewalk at the commercial site during normal working hours without disruption to plant operations.

Today, Concrete Raising and Leveling will be working in Ann Arbor, Michigan, at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. We will be raising and leveling sidewalk pads. In addition to private home development work, city and county sidewalk repairs, and working with the many condo associations, we additionally work closely with hospitals, credit unions, shopping centers, and other park and campus settings around the greater Ann Arbor, Lansing, and Battle Creek communities. Sidewalk trip hazards can be very dangerous to maneuver and costly to those involved if an injury occurs.

Yesterday, Concrete Raising and Leveling Company spent the day in Kalamazoo working for the Parkview Hills Management Company, repairing concrete for the many condo communities that they manage. Specifically, we repaired existing concrete pads by raising and lifting sunken and uneven front porch stoops, sidewalk pads that were creating trip hazards, and lifting garage aprons back to their original height and level. Over time, if you have concrete, it's probably going to settle and sag due to erosion that takes place under the pads.

We drill a hole (1 in diameter) and pump an eco-safe material under the concrete slab. As the void beneath the slab fills, it creates pressure lifting the slab back into its place. This process is safe, quick and clean. Most slabs can be used the same day and the process will save you nearly 50% compared to traditional tear our and replace.
