Pavement Services is full service commercial concrete and asphalt contractor located in Houston Texas with customer service as our number one priority. All projects are supervised by company owner Steve Romine with over twenty five years experience in the paving business. Our clients include churches, schools, chemical and manufacturing plants, shopping centers, apartments, HOA, and property management companies. Owner Operator Steve Romine is the Owner of Pavement Services. He bids on all jobs and manages the paving crew for every job to assure high quality workmanship and service.

Pavement Services has been in business since 1980. We serve the Houston area and surrounding counties. Our shop is located at 6437 McGrew by Hobby Airport. With any business you're only as good as your employees and this seems more true in the construction business. Most of our employees have been with the company over 5 to 10 years. We own all our equipment and have an extensive line of credit with all our suppliers. Pavement services will never ask for money up front. We only bill the customer after the job is complete and you are satisfied with the job we did.
