Brandon and Pete were great to work with. Since spring was so late this year, Brandon checked in regularly to give me updates on the schedule. He was on-site for most of the work, and Pete checked in by phone.
Brandon and his crew are one of the best around. My wife and I were extremely impressed by the constant and ease of communication. They were a to complete the job a couple weeks before their original estimate. We were impressed by the professionalism of the crew. They asked specific questions on what we wanted and how they were going to make that happen. At the end of each work day, everything was cleaned up and put back to the way it was before they started working. They even took time to help direct traffic or move their trucks as to not inconvenience any of our neighbors. Brandon and his team have been a relief to work with! He is genuinely a good guy who wants to do great work and it comes across! He answered all my questions and was patient- unlike all of the other contractors we made outreaches to. We primarily choose Brandon and his team because they presented themselves well. This was a small job in comparison to what they normally do, but they never treated us any differently or made us feel like "second" to a bigger project. They were not "cocky", not short in their responses and overall they seemed invested in ensuring we got want we wanted. The crews were respectful of the neighborhood and didn't make a mess which made for happy neighbors. The patio is beautiful and better than we ever envisioned. I'm so glad we found them!
