After over a year deciding what to remodel in our house and which contractor to choose, Rudy made it an easy choice! We went with him because of his professionalism, dependability and manners. Most contractors wouldn't even bother giving me a bid probably because I am a woman but Rudy was always respectful and thorough. We gave him half down payment and he removed an old patio cover and replaced it with a huge gable roof, new shingles, and stone patio. He was constantly in contact with us and made sure we were happy the whole time. His installers worked fast but well and his nephew Tony was our favorite! The work they did is great when they initially installed our patio cover several years ago. We had the big hailstorm in April 2016 and I've been trying to get a hold of them to come back and redo it. Finally got them out here after about 4-5 months and they gave me a proposal but USAA wanted a more detailed proposal and it's been several more months and they don't want to answer their telephones so I'm really disappointed in the communications they have with the customers after the job is done.
They did a great job on our kitchen remodel! Biggest obstacle was the weather. Rudy and his team were professional and skilled.
