Martha Vicas established her interior design firm, M.S. Vicas Interiors LLC, in 2003 in New York and since 2008, has continued her work in Washington, D.C. Martha embraces all types of projects and budgets and serves the needs of each client with her passion for timeless, comfortable houses that improve with age. A fresh, innovative approach to color and form is a trademark of her work. An individual mix of modern and traditional furnishings, which she often designs herself, are the cornerstone of any project from custom sofas and chairs to rugs and accessories.

We approach all projects with a fresh eye and work closely with each client to refine the vision to suit their visual and physical comfort. Our goal is to create timeless, elegant and eminently livable interiors that enhance the way a client experiences their home. Eschewing any one particular aesthetic, our projects range from transitional to contemporary and vary in scope from substantial renovations to new construction. We are proud to have been an important part of the DC design community for the last 11 years and celebrate the wonderful craftsmen and tradespeople who partner with us to create beautiful spaces.
