I have been using Aroma 360 home scenting system for years love the scents, but they have horrible customer service. It's so hard to reach out for help.
I work for a business and we use 6 of the aroma 360 diffusers for the past almost two years and we have sent back MULTIPLE diffusers, to be honest I'm sure probably all of them at some point have been sent back for the SAME problems. Then when we try to talk to costumer service they basically tell us we are the problem not the machines because 'we are the only people that have problem with the diffusers leaking' which is 100% false because we have an employee who tried using an aroma 360 diffuser in her home business and it leaked all over her expensive buffet. We have recently sent back 3 diffusers within the past two weeks because: one was a replacement that never worked, one was leaking oil all over our carpeted lobby, and the next ones tub fell off and stopped taking in oil (we've had to super glue 3 or 4 of our other tubes since they have also fallen out) and then for you guys to send us an email talking about how we basically don't take care of our diffusers is absolutely absurd. Thee worst costumer service that we've had to deal with by far.

Your unit should always be in the upright position when the oil canister is inside. . If the unit is on an angle or horizontal while their is oil inside, it can damage the inner mechanics of the units.
