Just had a horrible disrespectful experience with the Downtown Disney store. My brother and I were getting ready to purchase our items heading to the register. We have our masks on. We literally take our masks down a little bit to wipe our nose. It's July it's hot! We didn't even get a chance to put it back up and the lady comes around the counter and tells us to put our mask back on. Which we did and have no problem with. We state to her we were just wiping the sweat off and the lady says it it's to hot u can leave our store. I was like what?! Then both register ladies became argumentative over it. Now mind you we never took them off. Never refused to not do what's right. We only took it down off our nose it was still on our face (mouth) and ears. I was told by the one lady that I can breathe just fine through it and talked to me like I was uneducated person. We were taking back by the response and respect of these two girls. She also told me she was going to call security. lol I would hate to see if we really did something wrong. I could understand if we were not wearing them or refusing too listen but that was far from what was going on. Kudos to the man who was also there he was polite and friendly. Sadly we are understand what's going on in our world and know that some times people shouldn't work in public with people. We specifically came to go to Sugarboo to get things we know there. However, it didn't happen and I will be sharing my experience because this should of never happened.
I have been to this store only once last year, since I was on vacations at the place, and I fell in love with it. It is exquisite and delicate, smells heavenly, and you just dond't want to leave! I love everything about it. Great taste! If only I had one near by, I could visit and loose myself in it for a little while.
