Services
Cable Railing Installation
We install durable stainless steel cable railings for residential and commercial properties, using corrosion-resistant materials suited to Hawaii's environment. Our process includes precise measurements, tensioning, and finishing to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Clients benefit from long-lasting systems with minimal maintenance requirements.
On-Site Swaging
Our on-site swaging service creates perfectly sized cable assemblies by attaching fittings during installation. This eliminates measurement errors and ensures optimal tension. Contractors receive pre-cut cables with one end swaged, allowing for site-specific adjustments and faster project completion.
Design Consultation
We provide expert guidance on cable selection, framework design, and attachment methods to meet structural and aesthetic goals. Our team collaborates with architects and builders to address challenges like curved installations or high-traffic areas.
Material Supply
As Hawaii's largest distributor, we supply marine-grade type 316 stainless steel cables and fittings from trusted brands like C. Sherman Johnson Co. Materials include 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" cables, available in 1x19 or 7x19 configurations for varying flexibility needs.
Framework Guidelines
We offer specifications for end posts, corners, and support structures to ensure cable systems meet safety standards. Recommended materials include Schedule 80 piping, 2x2 steel tubing, and 6x6 wood posts for optimal load-bearing capacity.
