Custom Home Plans & Design Services
Royal Oaks Design was founded in 1988 to address a significant gap in the home design market. Our business was built on the innovative concept of offering a collection of stunning home plans ranging from entry-level to luxury options, incorporating features typically found in custom home designs. Unlike traditional models requiring face-to-face meetings with architects, our approach makes high-quality home design accessible to a broader audience at a fraction of the cost. Our team of experienced drafters, designers, and sales professionals works efficiently to customize plans to meet specific client needs while maintaining exceptional quality. For over thirty years, we've served clients nationwide from our Minnesota base, earning recognition through numerous local and national design awards. Our designs have been featured in publications like Country Living Magazine and showcased in prestigious home tours. We also maintain strong relationships with builders throughout Minnesota and offer a builder program with exclusive benefits. With our expertise in residential design, we've successfully created thousands of house plans for customers across the United States.
