Made appointment last week over the phone. Had to have truck here by 8 a.m. 4: 39 still waiting. But it's been moved to a priority! Ha! And might I add this is for a oil change and supposedly simple updates (not recalls) They do not communicate at all. Each time I've been here I've had the same poor service. This is the 3 rd time coming here and had the same poor service. SLOW SLOW SLOW + no communication. FYI this is how you are treated under their Toyota warranty plan. I'm sure if I had to spend any money I may get better service. At least I won't know because I won't buy any vehicles here. That could also be the problem they don't want to honor the Toyota warranty service if you don't purchase from here. I actually tried to buy my truck here until the sales manager actually used curse words at me during the negotiation. Go to Pearson Toyota Newport News ask for Jorge! He delivers!
