Higgins Design Studio is a full-service interiors firm dedicated to creating high-functioning, aesthetically pleasing spaces tailored to individual client needs. Founded in 1991, we specialize in small space design, combining practicality with elegance to maximize utility and style. Our principal, Heather Higgins, brings over three decades of experience, having collaborated with renowned firms like Gensler and held corporate roles at Merrill Lynch and Chemical Bank. Certified by the NCIDQ and a member of ASID, she merges deep technical knowledge with a client-centered approach. We prioritize understanding each client's lifestyle, values, and aspirations to craft personalized environments that evolve with their changing needs. Our services span space planning, custom cabinetry, lighting design, and project management, with virtual consultations available for targeted solutions.

With offices in New York and New Jersey, we serve clients across residential and commercial sectors, focusing on small spaces where precision and creativity matter most. Our portfolio includes high-rise apartments, pre-war buildings, and modern renovations, reflecting our adaptability and attention to detail. Positive client testimonials highlight our ability to transform challenging spaces into functional, beautiful homes. We emphasize transparency, budget-conscious strategies, and long-term client satisfaction, ensuring every project aligns with both practical requirements and personal vision.
