I called this morning and talked to Mary Ann. I explained the situation, with the door, and she actually offered to help me over the phone! Any other company would have made me book an appointment to have a tech come out. Although my problem was simple, she offered to stay on the phone with me, to fix the problem, and to help me avoid a $299 fee! That truly amazes me! You do business the right way and I now can clearly see how you get 5 star ratings! A+

Great customer service, professionalism and quick. Called and spoke with MaryAnne and got a next day appointment. MaryAnne was able to understand the issues with the door over the phone and give me an accurate price to repair. Sam arrived early for the appointment and quickly fixed the door, and answered all my questions.
The is the exact same service we received when we needed repair on our other door last year. Great customer service, professionalism and quick.

Hands down, 5 stars! This company made a very stressful time (as our garage door had completely broken and was totally not usable) super simple and easy.

Pete and Mair are awesome and totally professional. Highly recommended. Had my door installed by them and it stood the test of time with no maintenance whatsoever. They were able to quote us and install within two weeks.

We have a great opener but an older door that was loud when it opened and closed. Mary Ann quoted me a fair price for a tune-up and new rollers. The technician was at my house within an hour, replaced the roller, lubricated the other parts, did some adjustments, and now my door open and closes whisper quiet and smoothly. Super fast service, great prices, nice people, what more could you ask for? We'll be using them in the future for any garage door issues we have. Thank you for your help!

Well deserving of each and every 5-star review they've earned! I reached MaryAnne yesterday morning after my garage door didn't go up completely and I unwittingly backed into the bottom panel. MaryAnne asked me to text her some photos of the damage and the sticker on the door panel with make/ model/ size info... several hours later she had located a replacement panel and got me on the books for the next day to install it.
Leo was the tech who installed the new panel, and he adjusted and lubed that door and the other one. He was super efficient and knowledgeable... it was truly a great experience working with this company, from start to finish.
