The Northwest Society of Interior Designers (NWSID) is a non-profit regional organization dedicated to promoting excellence in interior design. Established in 1977, NWSID continues to follow its original intent of connecting interior designers with clients and other industry professionals. Home builders, businesses, architects and remodelers rely on us for color consultations, specifications on furniture, fixtures, flooring, lighting, accessories and artwork, and more. Working collaboratively, we unite client inspiration with professional experience and creativity to fulfill your design dreams.
The Northwest Society of Interior Designers is a non-profit, regional organization of interior designers and resource affiliates. Since 1977, we've been dedicated to promoting excellence in design through career development, peer networking, continuing education and adherence to high ethical standards. The Puget Sound chapter is based in Seattle, and the Southern Chapter, formed in 1986, is based in Portland. Members are professional designers with college-level educations who are required to attend continuing education lectures and seminars.
