WoW!! I can not say enough about the great service I received today from Philip!! He walked me through my entire situation and thoroughly explained what he would be doing and why he had to do it. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up as he went. He is just beyond knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to do anything you may need done in your home as far as plumbing goes. I was also very surprised to call and have them at my house within an hour. Excellent service, excellent customer service!!!

The guy from Sam T's came over to my house after hours/last minute to fix my leaking toilet. He did a great job. Very professional and took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

As the Sam T's truck was leaving my neighbors house yesterday, I flagged him down to ask a quick question regarding my broken dishwasher and to ask for a quote. After explaining the problem, Phillip said "let me take a quick look". Well, his quick look saved me the cost of a new dishwasher. The person that installed my garbage disposal, didn't turn the water back on under the kitchen sink. (that was the problem, there was no water when I started it.) Thank you again for being professional and kind. That is rare these days in the business world.

Great service at a fair price always upfront about what they are going to need to do to fix the problem. Have had them service my house twice and both times I've been extremely satisfied by the work they have done.

I never call for a repair and get an appointment the same day, so Sam's T surprised me! Philip was prompt, and then diagnosed, explained and completed the repair in a very reasonable time. He was very pleasant and courteous and I recommend him and Sam's T for your plumbing needs!

Danny at Sam T's answered my phone call at 4:30 on a Saturday. He was very calm and helpful even though I was having a rough day. He quoted me 45 minutes until his arrival and arrived early! Assessed the problem, gave me a fair and inexpensive quote and repaired the issue. I'm confident that I won't have another plumbing concern with the repair that Danny was able to complete. He was finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. I will use Sam T's in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks to Danny, I was able to take a hot shower that evening.

We have been working with Sam T's and especially Philip for more than TEN years now and we couldn't imagine it any other way! Service from Philip is exceptional, he arrives on time, discusses a plan, maintains our house' plumbing needs & has the most wonderful work ethic. We consider him part of our family, yes... That's how highly we think of him!
Our plumbing, pipes and bathrooms are always happy because of his work and so are we. Thank you thank you thank you to Philip and Sam T's for outstanding service all around for all of these years!! You are the best

We were leaving for the UK the next day and were out of town when our children called to tell us we had no water! Got home well after dark and the water company told us the lead was big and on our property...so our issue. Called Sam Ts and they stopped by first thing in the morning to evaluate the situation. Then understanding our 'crisis' informed us that it would be fixed before we left for the airport. Came back a couple of hours later and fixed the leak efficiently and effectively. Was a pleasure to shower before the long flight. The price was very reasonable for what had to be done and the plumber was wonderful and an excellent communicator regarding this problem. Sam Ts is our plumber from this point forward.
