We perform professional, industry standard mold inspections using only Professional Scientists who are also Certified Mold Inspectors. We will recommend remediation only when it is really required. If remediation is required, we will refer you to a qualified professional remediation company that we have personally reviewed.

Recently I have been getting referrals from handymen who have been hired to take out drywall that looks like there is mold growing on it. The handyman won't touch the wall unless they know it isn't toxic mold. When I speak to the homeowners they are very hesitant to pay for air sampling. I try to explain that if you can see mold is present, what type of mold it is will determine who you can hire to remove it. The situation in Houston is so sad. There are going to be major problems even after hurricane Harvey is gone. Most people imagine most homes will be unlivable because of the damage, but it is actually the mold growth that is going to be keeping most homes uninhabitable for much longer.
