Steiner Plumbing & Electric was started in 1980 by Paul Steiner and his wife, Sheila, with major help and support from Russell & Blanch Anderson and Herb & Helen Lehmann, in Esdaile, Wisconsin. The first trucks Steiner's owned were a 1969 tan-colored Ford Van and a 1978 blue colored Ford Van. Starting out of a one car garage, Steiner's bought a 24'x40' pole shed in 1983 from Russell Anderson, a couple of years later a 32'x72' pole shed was bought from Red Wing Airport. The first pole shed had a second story over half of it for storage and the second pole shed was for the trucks, equipment, and a small office in the southwest corner; originally our company had a small office in Paul Esdaile home.
