I called Eric from Precision Home Inspection of America on a Thursday to have my newly purchased home inspected. Eric said the short notice was not a problem and was there by Saturday at 11:00 AM. He was personable and professional and his report on my home was lacking zero details. It was a work of a man who knew his business back and forth. Great job at a reasonable price. I called last week to find a home inspector last min. Due to low interest rate, anything priced right always gets accepted offers.
