Aaron's Home Inspections was established in 2007, the first year Maryland required all home inspectors to be licensed in order to be a home inspector. 30 hours of continuing education is required per year to maintain the license. I have previously worked in the HVAC industry for 13 1/2 years, during which time I also attended Rets Techincal Training Center in the evening for 2 1/2 years, becoming certified for type 2 & type 3 high-pressure systems through Ferris State University.
