We use low pressure to apply the cleaners and to rinse them off, assuring not to remove paint or caulk from your house or breaking the seals on double pane windows. This service removes the black streaks that appear on roofs ruining the appearance or curb appeal of your home. This process involves applying a roof cleaning chemical to the shingles and allowing them to stay on for approximately 20 minutes, then rinsing the chemicals off with very low pressure.

In August, I helped my Sister-in-Law prepare her house for selling. I contacted Mark and Superior Powerwashing for services to her house/driveway. Mark and Natalie were great to work with and very friendly. Mark was able to accommodate a "crunch time" schedule; and professional. Superior Powerwashing were at our home today and did a wonderful job powerwashing not only our house, but our pergola, stone work, deck furniture, driveway, and cleaned our gutters. They have amazing attention to detail; for example, they noticed that a couple of nails in our gutters were loose, so they climbed up a ladder with a carpenter hammer and pounded them back in. Over and above, and highly recommended.

I have a large house with multiple steep pitch roofs and a pool below. I live on 3 acres surrounded by woods, so a lot of leaves. They cleaned all the gutters and picked up all the debris and left the property spotless. I have been using them for 22 years and always the same quality. I have also used Superior for power washing. Excellent!

We have them come to do rot woods repair and also power wash, caulk and paint the house exterior. They did an excellent job again as in the past. Now the house looks like brand new. We feel that our money is well spent.

Not well average on the house and not good on cutters. Cutter guards left on the ground in back yard. One cutter pulled away from the house and one cutter guard still missing.

We had our front porch, driveway, back deck and connecting sidewalks powerwashed. Our backyard deck was also stained to match it's existing color. Mark showed up withn a few days and gave us a reasonable price for all the work. They promptly showed up for the work and we are very pleased with the results. I wanted a company that would not use chlorine as I am chemically sensitive. A number of very reputable companies either walked away as soon as I mentioned that or never got back to me after an initial meeting. Natalie assured me that with their equipment and seasoned staff were up to the task. Initially, I was rather skeptical and insisted on being there when the work was done. No need. They were as good as their word. Since we live on one acre of property with a very long driveway and large pad, this was not a small job; yet the guys were methodical in their work and the results were very impressive.
