We have just made the call to not run our Thursday routes tomorrow. After getting out today to test run the roads, they are still unsafe unfortunately. We are a rural trash business and most of our routes travel along back and side roads that are still icy and snowy. We just can not risk safety! Apologies again, we wish we could be out there serving our customers! We know this is an incredible inconvenience for you all.
Wednesday update. We want to issue our sincerest apologies to our Wednesday trash routes. With the new snowfall we still feel it is still unsafe to get our large trucks and employees out. We truly apologize for missing your route two weeks in a row now. We hate it as much as you do and business wise would definitely prefer if this inclement weather hadn’t shut us down.
As the community can see we have been hit with a huge winter storm. Unfortunately we were unable to run our Monday and Tuesday routes this week. We will update daily on our closure and hoping the snow melts in time for us to run the rest of our routes this week. If your route has been missed (either this week or last week) please hold your trash and we will do our best to pick up all trash that we have missed when we are able to make it to your location. We understand we have missed your route..
Just a reminder that we will be closed Monday, May 25th for the Memorial Day holiday. All routes will be ran 1 day late next week.
