Jack and his team did a great job in walking us through the process of buying/building our home. These homes are definitely not the cookie cutter sub homes that you usually see and everything is great quality, even the base options! I would recommend Capital Custom Homes for anyone looking to build. This is our second time purchasing a home but our first time building a new home. We have been taken care of extremely well by our sales rep Teresa, she has walked us through every step of the way! She has really truly helped us design our dream home, and it is true what they say the house plans are fully customizable.
