Our goal at Capitol Pool Service, Inc., is to provide the highest quality service to our customers while recognizing our responsibility to conserve resources and to protect the environment, and to conduct our business with integrity at all times. Capitol Pool Service, Inc. was founded in 1976 by Dave Slattery and Ron Callaghan. Dave had more than seven years of pool management experience working for one of the major pool companies in the area. Ron, who graduated from Georgetown University had some banking and finance experience to lend to the effort.
