Jim co-founded SwimAtlanta Pool Management in 1983. After building effective operations and professionalism into SwimAtlanta Pool Management, Jim began replicating the business model in other locations (our 'Partner Companies'), and subsequently co-founded The Pool Management Group to serve as the parent company and operational driver to its Partner Companies. Jim is responsible for strategic initiatives and managing The Pool Management Group. He has 30 years experience in swimming pool management, and experience in pool construction and renovation.
