James Lynn Builders was started by James Robert Allan Oliver and Lynn David Herman Jr. The two first met at Clemson University where they graduated from the construction science and management program. Allan and David stayed friends for the next several years as they began their careers. After years of working for other companies the pair decided that they had something unique to offer the home building and renovation market in the upstate of South Carolina. Allan and David wanted to bring a higher level of professionalism to their clients and make the building process an easier and less stressful endeavor.
