This company has the worst service I've ever seen. We had a master bathroom remodel that was started months ago and they STILL HAVE NOT finished. The incompetence is incredible. Our bathroom has not been touched in two weeks. There is always an excuse and their have been problems since it started. They tell you you only have to deal with one person but that's not true and it's confusing. The General Contractor, Blake, doesn't listen to you when you tell him what you want. I would NOT recommend this company. Even if it turns out beautifully, it is not worth the aggravation.

I was very pleased with Blake and all the VIP team members who were involved in my big floor renovation. I was impressed with everyone involved. The tilers and carpenters did a great job of prep and clean-up each day, answered all my questions, were friendly, and worked hard while they were in my house. The next time I need a room remodeled, I'll be contacting Blake!

Blake and his staff did an excellent job on the much needed repairs at our home. He did what he promised and there was no mess to clean up when they were finished. I would highly recommend VIP Services.
