Who Is FRW (Established in 1964): FRW dba Industrial Support Systems (ISS) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that has served adults with disabilities for over fifty years. FRW/ISS History: FRW was founded in 1964. Its primary purpose was to provide programs and activities for the growing number of students with with disabilities graduating from Slover Special School and other special education classes throughout the Fontana School District. In 1965, the workshop separated from the school district.
