Very sad when a company agrees terms with a customer and then decides to ask for more money because they believe they can hold their property as hostage. If you make an error that costs you money that's your problem and impacts your profit. You can't expect the customer to pay more to protect your profit line when it's your mistake. So do the right thing and give the Dawson's their property and stop making idiots of yourselves

Thanks so much for pulling through guys! I am not a big fan of moving but NY International Shipping definitely persuaded me differently with their ACTIONS. Out of all the quotes I received, they had the best offer. Not only that, but they also could get my belongings transported the quickest. They claimed to ship my things in 5-7 days. Turns out they weren't pulling my leg. It actually happened on schedule and nothing was damaged or broken. They must of worked hard to meet the commitments they made to me! That's a company I can stand behind.
