Dylan Schneider, owner and operator of Schneider Custom Homes, has over 20 years of experience building and remodeling homes. He gained hands-on field experience working for a builder in Emmett, Idaho throughout high school and college. After obtaining his business degree at the University of Idaho he relocated to Fort Worth, Texas to work as a Home Construction Manager with a production builder. He quickly learned to manage multiple projects on time, within budget, and with superb quality while providing exceptional customer service.

This review is for a home that Schneider Custom Homes completed for me 1.5 years ago. I am still thrilled with the house and Dylan Schneider is a joy to work with. He is exemplary at prompt communication, collaboration, and sub-contractor management. Building a custom home is a challenging process, but you couldn't have a better partner in that process than Dylan. Inevitably there are unforeseen complications in any major custom home build, and it is at these times where one wants a contractor they can trust and who handles the situations with honesty, responsibility and integrity. Schneider Custom Homes is that contractor. I'm grateful for the work and support that Dylan has put forth in building this home.

After seeing the work done by Schneider Custom Homes on a neighbor's remodel, we gave Dylan a call. He was extremely responsive and a brilliant communicator. One thing that struck us right away is that he didn't need us to know contractor slang/terminology. He just stepped us through the building and selection process without getting hung up on semantics. Our project included demolition of existing outbuildings, building of a whole new 2-story garage with apartment, the addition of a porch to the existing house, and complete remodel of the exterior of our home. Dylan shows exceptional project management skills that keep things moving smoothly. He is responsive to homeowners' opinions and change requests. Also, any issues that arose they were dealt with in a very timely manner, which kept our stress level down and the project on schedule and on budget. Dylan is a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend him.

We love our new home built by Schneider Custom Homes and are so glad we chose Dylan Schneider as our General Contractor. We appreciated his prompt responses to any questions or concerns we had during the planning and construction process. Dylan was diligent about keeping subcontractors lined up and ensuring progress on our home.
