Yellow Dot was recommended to my office by a coworker I was told to ask for Dwayne; who had previously done work at a residential location. Thinking only two toilets were stopped up out of the four we have in the office. Come to find out the whole sewer was clogged with old wipes from the patients leaving clean catch urine specimens. Not only were the toilets clogged but the mop sink and an exam room sink as well. Dwayne and his helper got into the man hole and cleaned everything out. Since we have had no issues with anything being clogged. As you know anytime a stop-up or leak is involved there is usually a lot of water involved. Well of course there was water on the floor and some on the carpet. You can't even tell anything happened. Everything was neatly cleaned and mopped upon Yellow Dots departure from my office. I would for sure recommend Yellow Dot and specifically Dwayne to anyone who asked me for a referral plumbing service.

Although whoever passed the request on from the answering service to the technician managed to screw up the info and had him show up two hours before the five hour window given to us that night, Dwayne showed up and assessed the situations quickly. He completed every task while taking covid precautions and left us with a very reasonable bill and jobs well done. His sense of humor was in part tripling the bill when he first said how much it would be, but after using the paddles to restart my heart chuckled and told us the actual price which was almost to the penny what we figured it should be given the time needed and supplies.
