Excellent job roof replacement. Nothing to say about this company, except good!! After researching and getting quotes from several companies I decided to go with Principle Roofing. and couldn't have been happier! Dan was a very pleasure to work with. He helped us select out the right roofing materials/ style to fit our house and budget. He was very professional, efficient, exceptional. He answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. His crew was efficient and hard-working had our roof completed in less than four days. Would definitely recommend this organization and will seek them for future projects.

Principal Roofing was a very professional, efficient, exceptional value for quality products. My husband and I had questions during our roof replacement process? Dan was very responsive then. He was detailed with his feedback and the prices were very reasonable. His staff was fast and highly professional and hardworking. After everything was done, Dan made sure we were satisfied and if we had any questions or concerns. Eventually made the whole process much easier. I highly recommend using Principle Roofing!!

I contacted PRINCIPLE because I noticed some swelling and mold at our baseboards. When we had purchased our house, the inspection report indicated there was water infiltration from the roof. We had the entire roof replaced at that time. Only two years later, water was still entering the house through the roof. I knew that the previous roof installer was not the right person for the job. I called Dan and he was quick to visit our house. He suggested a solution and gave me a quote the next day. He was very communicative throughout the process. He took photos of the issues and the repairs (see attached). I also appreciated that he would text me before arriving to our house so I knew what time he would be there. I have recommended Principle Roofing to my close ones .

I am so happy I found Principle Roofing to do my roof. It was completely stress free experience since the day I met Dan to discuss the project until the day the job was done. They were very professional and efficient. They are customer oriented and explained the whole process and also provided a thorough explanation about the material and different suggestions about the colors. This was my first experience in dealing with a roofing company and I must say that it was a pleasure. From the beginning they were very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. After inspecting the roof they made suggestions of things that could be done better than previous such as the venting and the way the valleys were done. Very knowledgeable in explaining the options and their suggestions. Also explained very well the products they use and why, the warranty, etc. The price was also a pleasant surprise compared to other companies. The job was scheduled and done on time. The work was done in the time frame I expected and the crew cleaned everything up as promised. The job inspection and follow up by Dan the owner was timely and thorough as well. All around I could not be happier with the job they did and I would recommend them to anyone needing any roofing job done.
