After receiving a recommendation for Tim White Home Improvement from a co-worker my husband and I decided to inquire and ultimately hire them for a much needed bathroom renovation. From the very beginning we were very pleased with what we heard and the ease of the renovation process. The salesman Augie was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel pressured. We described what our needs and wants were and he was able to help us design our dream bathroom. This was one of the main selling points for us. The fact that there was assistance in designing and that it was a one stop shop. We didn't have buy all the supplies separately. Once signed and scheduled, we were assigned to Todd, our project manager, to oversee our bathroom renovation. He too was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and everything ran smoothly. If we saw something that did not look right, he made sure the issues were corrected to mine and my husband's satisfaction. The entire renovation did take longer than originally explained, but it did turn out better than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied with our finished renovated bathroom and gives us great pleasure showing it off.
