Excellent Service. Called in AM and they were out the same day by 12 noon! Replaced a couple of parts and cleaned the AC off on the sides. Here and gone within 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced! I will be using them again when needed.

Zee, DT ac tech arrived at the Bonaventure on schedule & went right to my unit for routine tuneup because of electricity bill increased usage during the last month that’s been so hot. He exercised extreme patience with my questions; I learned about my building, ducts, dust, filters, thermostats and more. My unit is working as it’s supposed to just inefficient. I recommend DT air conditioning & heating in the greater Plano area and have a deep sense of satisfaction that Zee’s a very sincere employee representing an organization that was easy to schedule with and kind and interested in my situation and electricity cost. This company is honest and dependable. Zee came out to fix our air conditioner and got it done quickly. They are not like other companies that charge for every little thing. I scheduled a routine maintenance check on my unit in anticipation of the extremely high temperatures predicted for the next week. Zee arrived exactly on time and immediately began his inspection.
He found that a couple of electronic parts were weak but told me that they might last for a couple more years, giving me the choice as to whether I wanted him to replace them now or wait until they went out. He didn't pressure me one way or the other. He also tested the Freon level and found that it was low. Zee then discussed the total cost estimate with me and I decided to go ahead and take care of everything right now. When he finished the work, it was $100.00 less than the estimate. The job was not cheap, but it was done very well and the cost was reasonable and fair.
Zee has done A/C work for me several times in the past and I can tell you he is a credit to the company and to the Air Condition business in general. I will use the company again.
